Do I need a yellow fever vaccine for Rwanda?
It depends on which country you depart to Rwanda from: the vaccine against yellow fever is mandatory for those arriving in Rwanda from an endemic country. The endemic countries are located in Africa and South America, but Rwanda is not included in them.
It will also be necessary if you have a layover that lasts 12 hours or more in one of those countries.
